The “Why? Why? Method” to find the cause of your worries 悩みの原因を見つける「なぜ？なぜ？方式」

In conjunction with the "Extreme Method" I posted earlier, I use the "Why?" method for self-analysis. Why? method.

The content is simple.

As you may already know, I repeatedly ask myself "Why? to myself repeatedly to find the "root cause.

For example, let's say there is a person who is having a hard time with his/her relationship in the workplace.

Why? Why am I here at this workplace?"　The answer would be, "Because I chose this job.

Then, "Why? Why did I choose this job?"　Suppose the answer is, "Because it pays better than other jobs.

Then the question is, "Why? Why did I choose a job with a good salary?　Suppose the answer is, "Because it pays well and I can buy what I want.

Then you ask, "Why? Do I want what I want?"　The answer would be, "Because I want things.

As a result, it turns out that the reason I am having trouble with relationships in the workplace is because of my own greed.

However, there is no easy solution to this problem.

However, once the root cause is identified, it becomes easier to find a solution.

There are many people who commit suicide due to problems in the workplace, but if you know the root cause, you can find a solution, such as changing jobs, before committing suicide,

If you know this, you may be able to find a solution, such as changing your job before you commit suicide.

先に投稿させて頂きました「極端方式」と合わせて、私が自己分析に使うのが「なぜ？なぜ？方式」です。

内容は、簡単です。

もう、お判りだと思いますが、自身への「なぜ？」の問いかけを繰り返して「根本原因」を探ります。

例えば、、仮に「職場の人間関係で悩んでいる」方が居られたとしますと。

「なぜ？私は、この職場に居るのか？」　その答えが、「私自身がこの仕事を選んだから、、」になるとします。

では、「なぜ？私は、この仕事を選んだのか？」　その答えが、「他の仕事より給与が良いから」だとします。

では、「なぜ？私は、良い給与の仕事を選んだのか？　その答えが、「給与が良いと欲しいものが買えるから」だとします。

では、「なぜ？私は、欲しい物が欲しいのか？」　その答えは、「物欲があるから」となります。

結果、私が職場の人間関係で悩んでいるのは、自身の物欲が原因である事が判ります。

とは、言っても、そう簡単に解決出来るものでは、ないですよね～

ただ、根本原因が自身で判ると、解決策は、見つけ易くなります。

職場での悩みが原因で、自殺される方は、結構居られますが、この事が判っていれば自殺する前に、仕事を変えるとか、、

解決策は、見つけられるのでは、ないでしょうか？
